The ProCore Process

  • Define Your goals

    Know what you want, why it’s important to you, and your level of commitment towards reaching your goals

  • Your Evaluation

    We work with you on a body-fat assessment, nutrition assessment, flexibility, measurements, and goodbye photos.

  • Program Design

    We design you a program based on 6 components: nutrition, supplementation, resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, movement flexibility/efficiency, and coaching.

  • Implementation

    We teach you the components, help you build these new habits, provide accountability, and overcome obstacles together.

  • Reassessment

    Every 4 weeks we identify your successes, identify your challenges, and continue to improve your program and results.
