The vast majority of knee, hip, back, neck, and shoulder pain can generally be traced back to movement patterns that have degenerated from a sedentary lifestyle/desk job. When your body starts to move this creates stress in your joints and on your muscles that lead to aggravation, inflammation, and of course pain. We address this by identifying the problem
We use various modalities (independently or in combination) which we choose based on the need of the client, including:
• Muscle imbalance testing (Length-Tension Relationship)
• Functional Movement Screening (Muscle memory)
• Muscle Activation Technique (Communication between brain and body)
The biggest mistake someone can make during when it comes to injury is continuity, hands down. Consistency beats intensity 100 times out of 100. Consistency is everything.
