I LOVE this gym! It is small, private and everyone is friendly and very supportive. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out or in excellent shape, there is a trainer or class for you.

Rewarding experience every time i walk into ProCore Fitness. ProCore is the cleanest, most welcoming gym I’ve ever encountered. I’ve tried at least 12 different gyms in the last 5 years and this is the only one I’ve ever seen results with.
Justin is the best trainer in the world. I moved to Dallas to work with him after a devastating car accident had paralyzed me. Although I was recovering, there was only one place that I could do that at 100%. During my Six months working with Justin and Erich, I gained a lot more control over my limbs. I put on 30lbs and I feel fantastic. People walk past me and have no clue I was ever Quadriplegic. Justin's unique training methods were specifically tailored for my needs. His entire staff is great and I truly felt at home in the facility. I've never had so much fun doing hard work.

I really enjoy working out with Meredith at 9:15 am and 5:00 pm. It's small group, but I definitely get a lot of one on one time with her. I've never worked out so hard in my life. She will adjust the work-out with your aches and pains if you have them.
