Consultation

Define your goals together. Know what you want, why it’s important to you, and your level of commitment.

Evaluation

Your evaluation will include a body-fat assessment, nutrition assessment, flexibility, measurements, goodbye “before” photos.

Customization

We design you a wellness program based on 6 components: Nutrition, supplementation, resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, movement flexibility/efficiency, coaching.

Implementation

We teach you the components, help you build these new habits, provide accountability, and overcome obstacles together

At Procore fitness, we are with you every step of the way. The PCF Program includes a one-on-one consultation followed by a physical evaluation.

After your evaluation we design a custom plan to meet your goals and your needs, including one-on-one nutrition coaching, small group or one-on-one exercise, weekly flexibility workshops, unlimited email support, access to private Facebook page and fitness templates and technology.


Every 4 weeks we meet with you for a reassessment to identify your successes, identify your challenges and to continue to improve your program and results.

Nutrition Coaching

Procore Fitness uses the Balanced Habits LIFE approach to nutrition coaching.  Designed to teach you the proper way to eat, what you learn through this nutrition program is meant to stay with you for the rest of your life. Our Program Includes:

  • Three, six, or 12 months of supportive, private nutrition coaching tailored to your goals
  • Your very own certified food coach
  • Printed information about the proper way to eat, helping you to understand true nutrition
  • Meal ideas and recipes tailored to your tastes
  • Guidance on how to eat out
  • A daily food and exercise journal
  • Achievements log for you to track your progress

Custom Fitness

PERFORMANCE FITNESS COACHING

We have designed our performance fitness training program around you and what time you may have. We offer two to four personal training sessions a week and combinee your fitness with weekly nutrition coaching. With our our performance program, expect to learn more effective ways to work out, how to prepare more nutritious meals, and meet with movement mechanics screen specialists once a month. Our fitness trainers will gain a solid understanding of how your body moves and what workouts will benefit you the most.
